How Long Does After Event Cleanup Usually Take?

That really depends on several factors including how large the space is, how many people are attending the event, and whether it was an indoor or outdoor event. Just to give you an idea though, wedding cleanup services for a typical wedding usually require about 2-4 hours of cleanup time on average. Rest assured that we have a big enough team to handle any size event.

How Much are Your Post Wedding & Event Cleaning Prices?

The cost to clean up after a wedding or event will generally range from $400–$1,600. This cost can vary depending on the following factors:

  • Size of the venue
  • Number of guests
  • If we are tasked with tearing down equipment
  • Timeframe
  • If the trash needs to be hauled away
  • we can also stage any rental equipment you have to be picked up

Are you Insured?

Yes! Vow to Clean is fully insured to give you peace of mind when hiring us for your event cleanup. For every event, we carry general liability coverage that protects you and your venue from accidental damage or injury that could occur during cleanup.

If your venue requires it, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance and list them as an Additional Insured for the day of your event—just let us know when booking.

Our goal is to make sure your special day ends stress-free, knowing you’re protected from start to finish.

How Does Your Booking Process Work?

We understand that plans can change. To protect our cleaners’ time and ensure we can serve all clients fairly, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.


Cancellations:
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

7–14 days before the event: 50% of total service cost refunded (deposit forfeited).


Less than 7 days before the event: No refund (but you may receive a credit toward future services at our discretion).

Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but rescheduling within 7 days of the event may result in additional charges if cleaners have already been committed.
