Deposit: 50% deposit required at booking to secure your date.


Final Payment: Remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

Cancellations:

More than 14 days before event: Full refund of payments beyond deposit.

7–14 days before event: 50% of total service cost refunded (deposit forfeited).


Less than 7 days before event: No refund, but you may receive a credit toward future services at our discretion.


Rescheduling:

We will do our best to accommodate date changes. Rescheduling within 7 days of your event may result in additional charges if cleaners have already been committed.
