These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vow to Clean's post-event wedding clean-up services and this website, which is owned and operated by us based in Austin, Texas, United States. By accessing our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
#### 1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging Vow to Clean for any post-event clean-up services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services or website.
#### 2. Description of Services Vow to Clean provides specialized cleaning services for weddings and related events in the Austin, Texas area. Our services include venue clean-up, removal of decorations, waste disposal, and any other post-event cleaning tasks agreed upon during the booking process. Additional services may be available upon request and subject to separate agreement.
#### 3. Booking and Cancellation To book our services, please contact us through our website or customer service line. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking.
#### 4. Limitations of Liability While Vow to Clean strives to deliver exceptional services, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
#### 5. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services or website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Cancellation Policy
Vow to Clean – Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To protect our cleaners’ time and ensure we can serve all clients fairly, the following cancellation policy applies: • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event. • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Cancellations: • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. • 7–14 days before the event: 50% of total service cost refunded (deposit forfeited). • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund (but you may receive a credit toward future services at our discretion). Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but rescheduling within 7 days of the event may result in additional charges if cleaners have already been committed.
